On my 06 Sierra it’s disc front drum rears so it’s 2 psi front 10 psi rears. 2 psi I believe is what’s on the Audi and have only gone down the driveway. Peddle is instant it’s going to actually take time to re learn heel toe cause the soft spot on factory peddle was nice enough to depress brakes just enough b4 blipping the throttle. Now they engage as soon as your toe ventures onto the brake peddle. I’ll be ordering 1 psi for my 325xi too when I do the 330 brakes onto the 325.

Kind of what it looks like as of now, using the bracket to also widen the MC4. Might try and remove some material. From a quick stress test, the main caliper was good with a 80mph hard brake, ebrake more in the <40mph for a hard brake (assuming no fronts or rears, only ebrake).

    Vosh Mods Scam?

Finally got around to finishing my rear BBK install using the bracket I uploaded dimensions of. Had to clearance the knuckle and caliper a bit but I’m thinking that’s down to my hole locations bring off slightly and my mounting choice. The pads line up perfectly on the outer edge of the b8 s4 rotors but there is about 3/8” of unused rotor area on the inner edge.

E brake section mostly for show and to act as a heat shield for the ABS sensor as I don’t plan on running an E brake unless I swap that section of the adapter plate out for something that supports a more readily available E brake caliper

My rotor and wilwood should be here on Monday, then I'll be able to test fit on the car vs the knuckle on my desk. Wilwood is probably the realistic option, like 135$ per side which is on par with any used OEM option we could mount.

If you/anyone needs models, just DM/LMK.

Awesome work!! Nice to see someone trying to fill the void.
When all done and tested, you plan on making extras?

I'll more than likely throw up a group buy option. I'll also list the drawings like above if someone has a preferred shop they want to use or have access to their own steel shop.

Have you/could you get a measurement to see if factory caliper from opposite side could just be moved to where the arrows point? Ive got enough space to fit dual 17z wonder if the factory caliper can just as easily be flipped from opposite side and mounted. Already know the e brake cable fits the location using the brembo supercar e brake, offering a cheaper option by just re using factory equipment would be far cheaper then willwood and brembo calipers.

I have a bracket already mocked up for using stock brake as ebrake only. If you read back, you'd have to use the b7 s4 version or clearance your carrier. We only have 18mm inside without pads and need to fit 22mm. If you need to buy b7 s4 calipers, the wilwoods come out to the same price.

This was my first attempt, it would require another bracket since the main bracket and b7 caliper need to be on the same plane.

Please include me in the group buy. I was working on purchasing all of the parts and only needed to purchase the Voshmod relocation bracket and the Willwood e-brakes. Oops.. Voshmod went out. Hoping to start this project up again, but don't have the experience. Please let me know.

I'll end up making a separate thread just to keep things cleaner. Test fit on the car was good, should have drawings sent out tomorrow.

ignore the slot directions, bought everything for left side and mocked up on right.

So, what is the verdict? Are we getting these brackets for the A6 S6 SQ5 setup? I have 3 sets of calipers, I need 3 sets of brackets ASAP

I took measurements on my Q5 today, need to compare and see any adjustments I need to make. Q5 isn't my top priority though since I threw a rod bearing.

I would be interested in brackets. I don't really care too much about the Wilwood MC4 brake calipers...
But I would like the Z17s on the rears of my RS4 pared with the B8 S4 rotors - which I have (Ordered when I ordered the voshmod kit..).

I've moved most of my discussion over here, to kind of separate the two topics. I have drawings there that should be able to be printed actual size (granted they are on 11x17 paper) to confirm. I'm working on some S4 knuckles which I believe would be the same as RS4s?

If you look at my thread from the post above yours, I have some progress made on the B8 chassis, but have had it on hold for the time. I'd like to get another set of calipers + tesla ebrakes to continue testing plus I had someone I was working with and he it just getting back into where we were at. At the moment, my A4 takes precedence over my Q5, but I would like to have what I've made so far finished in the next few months if all goes good.

Subbed. I have an RS3 8v and the Voshmods kit (17z with Telsa E-brake). I do not trust their brackets either and am looking for the setup you have shown above (unified bracket for both). The kit I have is a B8 Girodisc rotor (330x22). The face of the rotor hat to the rear of the annulus is about 36mm and the rear of the hat (mounting surface) to the back of the annulus is 28mm. If anyone is offering or has brackets for an RS3, let me know!

You may be better off in the RS3 section. Or if someone else wants to step up. I only have access by my B7 and my B8.5, which is why I've made/started on brackets for those two platforms. I'm not sure I have anyone in the area either for an 8v (one guy who did sold his) other than a TTRS, and she (and he) ran the Wilwood setups iirc.

    Any luck on which part?

The B7 rear is finished, link in my signature.
The B8 rear is touch and go. I have a super tight fitting 330mm version that should work with some caveats. The guy I'm working with wants to try 356mm rear that I'll be printing this week and sending out.
