As mentioned, the S4 and S5 only used FSI engines, even in RoW markets. The SQ5 used the same supercharged 3.0T. But it also had the 3.0 biturbo TDI in some markets. So will a type 8K (B8 A4) cozy up to a 3.0 biTDI ECM? No idea. Be up to whoever you have doing the immobilizer adaptation to be able to massage it through. The rest of the chassis electronics are pretty much the same between a type 8K and a type 8R (B8 Q5).
The location of the engine code on a TDI seems to be a lot more tedious than the clear label on the timing cover of T-FSI engines, for whatever reason.
But you need to confirm details when asking technical questions. CDUC and CKVC appear to be B8.5 3.0 TDIs. A4 B8.0 3.0 TDI seem to be the set of {CAPA (240PS), CCLA (239PS), CCWA (239PS), CCWB (211PS)}.
Find your PR codes sticker on that A4 and post an image of that. Too many details to bother asking one by one.
One concern if the A4 in question is a B8.0, it'll have a hydraulic steering rack. B8.5 does not have a hydraulic steering rack, and therefore has no accommodation for mounting a power steering pump. The B8.0 appear to use EA896evo engines, while B8.5 used EA897 engines. Who know if the power steering pump bracket (059 145 167 AE) even has a place to go on a EA897 engine. Not to mention determining a useful serpentine belt length if other pulley changes were made between the engine generations.
You're probably going to have to bring the matching rear diff and drive shaft too.
