I hasn't drive the car on track, 90% is city drving.
On my prevous S5 V8 I usualy change front rotors and pads after 60000 km and rears after 90000 km.
What's your experince?
My 2019 RS5 SB goes through brakes faster than my previous S4s, but I get more miles on my RS5 brakes than you do. It could have something to do with terrain as well as driving style.
My first brake job was at 26K miles. One of my left rear pads apparently stuck at some point and wore more than the others, which forced the issue. I just decided to do all 4 brakes at the same time. I now have 21K miles on the second set of brakes. In total, I'm at 47K miles (~76km) with 7mm left on all 4 corners with my second set of pads.
My driving is a mix of city and highway. I drive mostly in the US Midwest where the terrain is on the flat side (not a lot of down hill braking), but I also took 3 extended road trips to the mountains, and track the car a few times each year. I should point out that I typically do not dive bomb corners either on the track or in the mountains. I will brake hard when needed, but I don't approach threshold braking very often to avoid excessive brake wear.
My only thought is that you must be braking a lot harder or much more frequently in city traffic, or perhaps you consistently drive in an area that requires more downhill braking.
