My thoughts on SQ7 vs SQ8 vs RSQ8

I'm leaning towards getting an SQ7 Prestige with the Sport package.
    Reasons:
    More room
Capable of the same/more than stock RSQ hp with the APR tune.
RS and SQ are the exact same motor.
Better visibility with just a bit higher window
With tires and wheels and Sport package likely capable of just as high skid pad numbers as the RS
Same 0-60 with the same hp.

    Wayyyyyy better buy.

Can't go wrong, but No, it's a different motor with 9:7:1 compression ratio (RS) vs 10:1:1 (S)

...and the word is that a tune in the SQ7 will get you the same performance as the RSQ8 - and you'll still be able to haul around the kids, grandma and the dog with stuff from Costco.

SQ7 is less expensive and you can get the same power and it's bigger, but depends on what's important to the individual. So it may be a 'Wayyyyyy better buy' for some but not everyone.

only downside is visually it's a little understated.

I sold it because I figured much longer and I'd be in handcuffs!!

Looking at exhaust options on the SQ7. Am i understanding correctly that the SQ7, SQ8, and RSQ8 options are interchangable? There are limited options for the SQ7. Redstar and Supersprint. But way more options like Capristo, Milltek, etc for the RSQ8. Anyone fiddled with theirs?

As others have noted, it's all personal preference though for me I was obsessed with how good Q8s looked from the first time I saw one. So when the SQ8 was released I had to have one and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Think you can't go wrong with any of the above.
