I am starting to enjoy welding again. Seem to have unlocked a new checkpoint ;) Full 3.5" Downpipe & Midpipe sectioned into the rear part of a Fast Intentions exhaust.

Just a little heat exchanger(s). Each core will have its individual pump pre HX. Our intercooled intake manifold has 1.25" inlet/outlet. Single pass of water, two passes of air through a Bell inter cooler core. Oil cooler snugs in between the HX's and Condenser.

Oil is tapped from the sending unit location behind the filter housing. Coolant has -6an bung welded onto the rear metal coolant pipe.

The adapter looks great! Shame you couldn't aim the TB at the compressor outlet. Those are going to be some hard bends. Very interested to see what you come up with.
Why did you decide to block off the back portion of the heat exchanger? Purley packaging constraint?
