Q3 SB 45 TFSIe - eletrical range

Hi. I have an 1 year old Audi Q3 Sportback 45 TFSIe and full battery gives a range of only 37km. Is this normal or could it be a battery problem ?

So why do they advertise 60km (37 miles) all-electric range if without even starting the car an 100% charge says on the screen it has a range of 37km (23 miles) ? It´s nearly half of it´s supposed.
