    Hi All,

Does anyone have a guess what is causing this code on my Audi s3? I installed new spark plugs and it went away for a couple days, swapped coils and went away for like 1 day or something like that.

Using oem coils and spark plugs are brisk er10.

    Whats the fault code....P130A00?

Whats the gap on the plugs? All even same?

Its not getting spark...probably coil pack or failed spark plug.

Remove #2 spark plug...place in #3 cylinder. Problem moves to #3 its a bad spark plug.

Do the same with coil pack.

Gap is 0.024 in all plugs. I switched coil #1 with coil #2 and the same issue still persist.

Should the move happen between 2 & 3??

Your fault code picture stated cylinder #2...and your original post above never mentioned any other cylinders...

Maybe I was not clear in my answer. The code is in cyl #2 even after I switched the coil from #1 to #2.

Do you think this has something to do with injectors because the car was running perfectly fine for some time?

So the problem existed before replacing spark plugs and coils?

Did the check engine light come on?

    What other codes are present?

What year is the S3? What country is it located in?

USA S3 don.t have the second set of injectors on the intake manifold....

    It could be injectors...

Could be a sensor related to ignition...cam sensor...crank sensor...

    Could be wiring...

What mods does the engine have? Totally stock?

Stage 1 tune? State2? Bigger turbo?

    Might need a carbon cleaning...
