Used OEM Speakers are pretty cheap on ebay, just have to confirm if you have Bose or not. If your speaker grille has the Bose badge then you have Bose. This is important as the Bose speakers won't work with a non-bose stereo and vice versa. I mean, yea technically they will, but the volume will be all messed up due to the impedance mismatch (Bose is 2-ohm, stock is 4-ohm). Front and rear door speakers are identical so no need to think about what door it came from, just whether its Bose or not.
As far as install, its as simple as removing the door card and undoing 3 torx screws on the speaker housing. Don't bother trying to replace with an aftermarket speaker, unless you're going to do the whole set as the audio quality will be weird and unbalanced.
