Hey guys, I beleive I blew my front passenger side speaker it vibrated while playing and lacks sound quality. Looking into replacing it cant find anything good on YouTube. Is it easy to replace and if so where would I find a good replacement/how should I go about it? If not what places could do it for me? Anything helps thank you

Search YouTube for something like “how to remove B7 A4 door card” and it will show you how. Basically once you’ve got the door card off, the speaker is easy to access and swap out.

Used OEM Speakers are pretty cheap on ebay, just have to confirm if you have Bose or not. If your speaker grille has the Bose badge then you have Bose. This is important as the Bose speakers won't work with a non-bose stereo and vice versa. I mean, yea technically they will, but the volume will be all messed up due to the impedance mismatch (Bose is 2-ohm, stock is 4-ohm). Front and rear door speakers are identical so no need to think about what door it came from, just whether its Bose or not.

As far as install, its as simple as removing the door card and undoing 3 torx screws on the speaker housing. Don't bother trying to replace with an aftermarket speaker, unless you're going to do the whole set as the audio quality will be weird and unbalanced.

    Heres a Bose speaker for $20: https://www.ebay.com/itm/142647976181
    Here's a Non-Bose for $25: https://www.ebay.com/itm/324221557871

I have looked at the stock bose speakers and saw the 1 ohm mark. Did you? Where's the 2 ohm from? So much bs here.

    It’s 2ohm Einstein.

This is from the Bose speaker sitting in my basement literally right now.

So now that ya look stupid, ya gonna come back with yet ANOTHER stupid remark so typical. They are not gonna be 1ohm, if ya know anything about car audio..

Hah. I’m skeptical he even owns an Audi anymore given the amount of shit he talks about them constantly.
