    Lower Control Arm confusion!

Hey all, not sure if this question has been asked before, but I have an Audi Q5 that was manufactured in July 2010, I'm planning on replacing the lower front control arms on both sides as one of the bushings has decided to completely crack and fail. I'm having a little bit of trouble with part numbers and brands to buy. From the research that I've done and taking a look at the ball joints, I believe I have the refreshed m14 ball joints as opposed to the m12 ones. Could someone help me with a sanity check and verify that what I've said is correct. Also, between TRW, Lemforder, Meyle HD and 034 Density Line, what's the best option to go with?

Here's what I've kind of gathered so far for Lemforder:

3896701 - lemforder right lower front rearward
3896601 - lemforder left lower front rearward

3748601 - lemforder left lower front forward (m14?)
3748701 - lemforder right lower front forward (m14?)
    4292201 - lemforder ball joint (m14?)

3619201 - lemforder left lower front forward (m12?)
3619301 - lemforder right lower front forward (m12?)
    3689901 - lemforder ball joint (m12?)

Why are you wasting your time with this nonsense? Just buy the parts you need based on your VIN and buy once, cry once.......

I would just by the 034 kits or the Meyle kits, they should have everything you need including any hardware. Use FCP for the lifetime warranty.

Question I have been trying to find the full upper and lower meyle HD kit on fcp but they only list the uppers for the sq5. Are the q5s the same?
