Yes, EMD Auto's 12.5mm spacers on the stock Sport suspension and stock wheels (ET40, 245/35/19 tires).

Yes, they should. I believe the offsets on the 18 are still ET40, just a smaller diameter. The biggest appearance factor would be ride height. I am on the stock Audi sport suspension so it is 23mm lower than the standard ride height; a lower ride height will give you closer to a completely flush appearance.

Factory 18s on the sport suspensionIMG_3076.jpg
Running the ECS Tuning flush kit. So that’s 10mm front and 12mm rear. It honestly could be a pinch bigger of spacers. I believe the kit was to flush out the stock non sport suspension setups. With the sport being a bit lower and having a pinch more negative camber it’s not 100% flush. When my brother lowered his S3 with 034 springs his went in even further. All and all I still think it looks great just not 100% flush. And it’s cheap. Would totally recommend this setup

Yup, looks like the sport suspension to me.

If you want to go lower I highly recommend 034 Motorsports Dynamic+ springs. Not overly low for daily driving. Looks amazing, and track proven stuff. The best part is that you barely compromise any ride quality over the factory ride. Which I don’t know about you, but most Audi drivers myself included would still like it to feel at least slightly like a luxury car.

Either way the springs and spacers are both super cheap. It’s just the spring install price if you were to pay someone. Both are extremely easy if you’re slightly mechanically inclined to install yourself.

This is on stock sport suspension with 10mm spacers in the front and 12mm in the rear on 18" wheels.

This is on H&R Sport Springs with Bilstein DampTronic B6 Shocks, same spacers, with 19" wheels.

Did you buy this car used? I don't think that's stock sport suspension because that is pretty low. Even for sport suspension and 19s, my wheels were not that sunken in.

Either way, get spacers if you're going to keep the stock wheels. Even on my stock sport suspension and stock wheels, it made an incredible difference in stance. I am attaching a picture below of my car before the spacers, and even though it isn't the same angle as the one I posted before with spacers, you can see how much better the wheels fill up the wheel wells to give it a more squared and masculine appearance.

Initially I agreed with you, but upon further inspection, it looks like he posted a pic with the left side on his car sitting on the sidewalk which explains why it appears to sit lower than it should. OP should be aware of this.
