Running 265/35/19 tires w/lowered suspension? Worried about curbing 19x9.5 wheels.

I'm about to pull the trigger on some 19x9.5 et25 wheels for my RS4. I'm fairly lowered on Billstein PSS9 coils w/no fender modifications. I don't want to run 265/30 tires because those will offer significantly less protection from philly potholes/roads. I have the following concerns:

    - If I run the 255/35/19 size will it be a lot easier to curb rash the wheels?

    - Is the 265/35/19 size likely to run into issues rubbing over bumps and at full steering angle?

    - Running 275/30/19 is also theoretically a possibility, but also some concerns about less pothole protection.

If anybody has photos of 19x9.5 on 255/35 tires that show the lip protection that would be helpful. Also, if this is also dependent on tires, feel free to point me to 265/35/19 summer tires that should be the ideal fitment.

Edit: If it matters, I collected some stats from tirerack on their best rated max high performance summer tires:

    Yokohama Advan Apex V601:
    Section Width = 10.6
    Tread Width = 9.0
    Overall Diameter = 26.4

    Continental ExtremeContact Sport:
    Section Width = 10.7
    Tread Width = 9.4
    Overall Diameter = 26.4

    Michelin Pilot Sport 4S:
    Section Width = 10.7
    Tread Width = 9.6
    Overall Diameter = 26.3

If I understand this correctly, the exact tire specs will have a huge influence on rub no?

I'm going to respond with some info I got off AZ, so people don't have to repeat themselves lol.

There shouldn't be too many fitment issues running a 265/35/19 setup, but I may have to raise the car a little bit, as the rolling diameter will increase obviously, and I want to avoid rubbing under full compression if possible. I may also need to remove the top fender liner screw, which is not a big deal for me. I'll make sure to report back with observations.

    I currently run 265/35/19 on et30 10's and I'm good. You'll be good with your 255/35 on 9.5s

I went with 265/35 to get my speedo a little closer to being accurate. I noticed while GPS'ing myself somewhere that my speedo was 5mph throughout the speed range.. Now it's only like 3.5.

    I used to have 255/35 on et25 9.5s:

Different brands of tires will have different dimensions per given size. All these pictures are with Conti DWS tires, my preferred tires for over a decade.

Aren't you the one who had fitment issues with the Neuspeed RS10 wheels? I was so close to pulling the trigger on those because I love the look. I wound up buying a set of Enkei RS05RR 19x9.5 et25 wheels instead. Enkei USA said that they talked to Enkei Japan's engineering department and they said fitment would be fine.

Rse102. Maybe? I wouldnt call it fitment issues, I just needed a 3mm spacer up front to clear the caliper. This is a mass produced off the shelf wheel, wasn't surprised nor turned off by it.

    Some updates for anybody curious:

My wheels have been mounted along with 265/35r19s michelin PS4s. I am currently at 25.5 inches high all around on my PSS9s, and they had to trim my rear fender liners a bit where they were rubbing, but now the rears are fine. I do, however, have a little bit of rub on the front when driving over dips in the road, or when hard braking up to a sharp turn, any thoughts on where that might be? My front fenders are not rolled.

Also, does anyone have a photo of the front fender screw that I may have to remove?
