Hey guys. I am looking for someone that knows the serial number of their radio and their pin. I have written a program for calculating the pin I have tested so far with 4 radio and its on the money. But I would like more samples if possible to verify its function. All I need Is serial number. Should start with AUZ1Z.

Can you pull serial number with vagcom? Or, do you need to remove the radio?

Sorry only doing auz1z radios at the moment. Not Doing RNSE radio's just yet. Looks like I still need to make some tweaks as the auz1z number that was provided came up with a different code. Thank you for your time guys.

Just got a new off the shelf Symphony II for my B6 A4. Can you get me the code for it?

    AUZ5Z4A5060591

Here is my original radio and code:
    On the radio
    AUZ5Z4B5218598

On the card in the OE manual
    AUZ5Z4B5149290
    0900

Odd they are different. Incorrect radio card in the manual…

This is not a thread for code requests. It's more or less information gathering in order to implement a radio code calculator.

Did you ever got this working?

    AUZ1Z4F1832846 code is 0576
    AUZBZ7J7000675 code is 1455
    AUZ5Z4A5041160 Code 1340
    AUZ5Z4B5149290 code is 0900

based on the above how are the codes calculated
    ChatGPT:

The codes you've provided, which seem to be related to car radios or similar electronic equipment, are likely security codes generated by the manufacturer based on the serial number of the device. Many car radios, especially from brands like Audi, Volkswagen, and others, use a system where a specific code (often a four-digit number) is tied to the serial number of the radio.

These codes are typically calculated using proprietary algorithms known only to the manufacturer. Dealerships or authorized service centers usually use special software or databases to retrieve the correct code based on the serial number (e.g., "AUZ" indicating the manufacturer, with additional digits for unique identification).

There’s no publicly available formula to manually calculate these codes. If you need to retrieve or verify such a code, you generally have to contact the manufacturer or use third-party services that have access to these databases.

Yes I do have a working version to calculate radio pins based on serial numbers. AUZBZ radios are still a work in progress but AUZ1Z and AUZ5Z serials have been worked out.
