    RS6 VS RS7 2022 ?

    Hello Guys,

I am new here and potentially new to audi as well 🙂

I am selling my Maserati Ghibli sQ4 and I would love to get the new RS6 , I live in north America and as you know it's new here and there is a lot of hype around this car.

I might have an allocation this year but the RS7 2022 appears to be available sooner, it also fits our needs even if 5k over RS6 and might provide a more similar car to my Actual Maserati Sedan, Sport Exhaust sounds better and is offered on the RS7 too ? 😉

It sounds like a beautiful problem I am a bit struggling to make my choice between these two cars, RS7 looking awesome... RS6 feeling more fun and 'fresh'

in terms of handling, driving sensations, daily driver which one between these two would make more sense ?

    thanks !

Handling/driver sensations will be identical(it is the same car, same everything).

I got the wagon because I like the unique body style. The wagon is also more practical given the increased volume.

I have not followed the RS7 market, but it would not surprise me one bit if you could get an RS7 for less than an equally equipped RS6. The demand for RS6’s appears higher than RS7’s.

Thanks for the answer on the Driving sensations, I agree as well on the market demand and car body style... I will be patient :)

I love fast wagons, but cross shopped the RS6, RS7 and RS Q8. I crossed the RS7 off the list, since it has less cargo capacity than the RS6 and RS Q8. I ultimately went with the RS6 Avant, though RS7 seem easier to come by (allocations, available inventory, etc). As mentioned the RS6 and RS7 are essentially the same vehicle, so will drive the same. Though the RS7 and RS Q8 can be had with the Alcantara Headliner. :(

yes this option of Alcantara not available on the RS6 is not making sense imho. my Maserati is coming by default with Alcantara and highend leather :(

It's literally the same car. One is a fastback, one is a true wagon / hatch.

    Also, Maserati's are trash.
