Unitronic stage 1+ and stage 2 Dsg tune. Ecu tune shows none available

Hey, I just purchased a Uni stage 1+ and stage 2 DSG tune. For some reason, my uniconnect software is only showing that I have a tcu tune available and no ECU tunes. I tried to contact Unitronic but they are closed until January 2nd, anyone ever have this issue. It seems like my Uni account is showing that I only purchased a DSG tune. Did anyone ever have this issue?

I’ve heard this happening a lot. Uni will make it right when they’re back. Annoying sure.

Same thing happened to me yes. Unfortunately only Unitronic can fix this. Have you sent them a support ticket? That's how they responded to me. It can take up to 24 hours hefore a techie does respond. I also do not know if tech support is even open this time of the year.

The same thing that happened to me could of happened to you. With Unitronic software you should flash the highest program available on the list first. Then after successful flashing and powering down, re flash the car to whichever tune you desire. I went and flashed Stage 1 immediately and then all my tunes disappeared. This was my error.

Thanks for the information everyone. I did create a ticket with Uni so I guess I will just have to wait until there opened back up on Jan 2nd. But there are no tunes under my ECU coming up at all, only the DSG. I went ahead and flashed the DSG stage 2 for now since I had everything hooked up. I'm going to see if I can get in contact with anyone on discord, but I got a feeling they're all going to be on vacation. Kinda sucks but I know they will easily solve the problem once there open

I had the same issue but the dealer who sold the tune had to open the ticket with UNI. In my case it was URO tuning.

Call the place you bought the tune from, they sometimes make mistakes when assigning it to you/your cable

I bought mine from uro tuning also, I did email them haven't got a response yet
