So its a cannonball run, where the goal is to get from the Red Ball Garage in New York to the Portofino Hotel near LA in the fastest time possible. It's so competitive now that filling up for gas too many times and or stopping to use the bathroom will cost you the record. The thought behind this run was to make it look as close to a cop car as possible so people would move out of the left lane and they could go as fast as possible with a much more powerful engine than a normal Taurus. You have to do stuff like this or drive ballsy as heck to average over 100 MPH for over 24 hours straight.
