Is this something to be concerned about?
I was planning on replace it the PCV system eventually when I conduct a walnut clean, but is this something I should be driving around with?

I had that exact code. Yes, you can still drive with it. It'll just burn through oil, though. I topped it off with a quart every 2,000 miles before I scanned it and saw that code.

You are going to need to replace the crankcase breather pipe, 06E103207AP, while you are doing the PCV as they are both under the supercharger.

    Confused as to what one

    06E103207AP

    Or 06E103207AM

Might have to confirm with my dealer to what is the right one

Just go look at the back of the charger, you can see if you have the solenoid operated one or not. I thought the S4 had the normal check valve though and other models, mainly those with a ZF, got the solenoid. Either way it's very easy to go look.

What year is your car? The later s4 had the soliniod type valve, which I'm guessing you have

Almost 100% it's the 06E103207AP. Again though is the car at dealer? Just go look at it.

I also have a 2016 Q5. The part I had replaced was 06E103207AP. It's been a year-plus and have not had that code come back. I actually just did a full VCDS scan a couple of days ago, and still no codes.
