    Fault Code P227000

Recently car has been making odd sputtering noise. So far haven't noticed any changes to driving characteristics.

Quick code check, discovered P227000 (O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean; Bank 1 Sensor 2).

Car is 2015 S3, stock tune and downpipe, but does have bolt ons (intake, intercooler, inlets, catch can, exhaust...) with 53k miles.

Quick google searches lead to possibly coil packs or a damaged sensor. Does anyone have experience with this, or can point towards a direction to follow?

What’s the maintenance schedule been like? Plugs? Coils? Injectors been confirmed good/clean?

I think I remember reading on A FB group that you were FBO and going back to stock tune and DP for inspection?

Looks like it could be a bunch of things but may have been masked since the S2 tune mutes CELs for cat efficiency related items.

I had this on my Golf R and added an O2 spacer on my downpipe - shop did it for me, I don’t own the tools to remove.

Its a more than likely the sensor.

Dont buy the factory 02 sensors. Get NGK's from NGK's website as they are better than the Bosch ones made for Audi.

I have a changed my 02 sensors twice now in 6 years...
Appreciate the input. Purchased the sensor just now, will update later on to see if this is the fix. In the meantime, wouldn’t hurt to get an injector cleaner also. I follow Audi’s maintenance schedule, but always interested in more maintenance tips.
