Just out of curiosity, what made you not like the Taycan Turbo? I have an RS7 and love it. My brother is considering the Taycan Turbo. Hope you find a nice RS6!

The Taycan is great, the thrill is just not the same with an electric car.. We have a Model 3 performance so I just want my beast back

I went the other way, traded my Taycan for the RS6. The Taycan is an amazing looking car but for me thats where the joy ended. Love the RS6 so far and no regrets. Hoping you find one!

I was comparing the Taycan Cross Turismo or the RS6. I ended up with the RS6. While the Taycan was ungodly quick, there was just no emotion to it.

Might want to tell them they have 9500 miles in one spot and 1500 in an other on that ad.

Does the car hav 1,500 or 9,500 miles on it? The summary on the right says 9,500 the written out description at the bottom says 1,500. Also, the cluster pictures do not show the mileage.

That's -almost- my car. Only 2 differences. I have the B&O advanced 3D sound and Cognac interior. I have about 2000 miles. So mine should go for about $140000 - crazy!

Yeah I’ve had three offers for surprising amounts but haven’t hit my number to sell with everything I have done. Close though…

There are going to be zero deals/bargains found on these cars for at least another year, the used RS6/7 cars regardless of mileage are going to fetch as much as the new ones. What with 12-15 month waits on custom factory builds, close to zero dealer inventory, the crazy current used-car market in the US, people are willing to pay what sellers are asking because they don't want to wait. My local Audi dealer is charging a non-negotiable, non-advertised, $25,000 fee above MSRP on any showroom RS model on its floor, because the market is tolerating this right now - simply supply and desperate demand.

Called to check on an RS6 for my wife, it was around 300 miles away from us. The dealer asked if we will be taking the car back to them for service, I said no, he said: “then we have $50,000 markup over MSRP. I said no, again :)

Yes, there are many dealers that exploiting this situation, but it’s not difficult at all to find those who happily will sell at MSRP.

They can’t lock you into servicing your car anywhere…say yes and take the car and never go back. What can they do?

As of Friday this car was still available. Asking 5% over MSRP i believe.

Contact Frank DeWilde at the dealer to get all the details on the build. One of 3 ultra blue RS7’s I believe.

Worth the money? Hard to say. I am a bit of an audiophile and the system is absolutely amazing. So clear, so transparent, with sound that is just there - does not seem to come from any particular speaker - very good sound stage. You need good high quality source material - I have been doing no loss ripping of my CD collection and that is really the minimum to appreciate the quality. I am hearing things I have not heard before, like delicate high hat tapping on Steely Dan's Everything Must Go.

So I was looking at this vs carbon brakes and I ask myself- which one will I really use EVERY time I drive. The sound system!

There there's those lifting tweeters - I was like how can I spend this much on a car and then go "Why don't my tweeters rise out of the dash?" Haha.

That is funny because I had the exact same thought, but came to a different answer. I got my carbon brakes for completely non-braking performance reasons.

    1) ZERO brake dust
    2) 75 pounds lighter weight for better ride and handling. This is unsprung, rotating mass which is the most important.
    3) longevity, I will like sell this car around 50-70k miles and expect the brakes to have plenty of life left.

Obviously 1 and 2 I use every single time I drive, but the B&O would only matter when listening to music. About half the time I either have the windows down listening to the exhaust or am listing to podcasts/sports radio.

Instead of carbon package and B&O I went black optic and Ceramics. I would 1,000% do the same thing over again.

My only regret is the brake dust item. That is a biggie for sure! Hopefully once the factory pads wear out, there will be aftermarket ceramic pads. I did that deal on my S4 and voila, no more brake dust. The weight thing stays though.

Personal preference but I had a car with diamond quilted seats and they hurt my, admittedly bad, back after a while.
