A6 allroad parts

The aftermarket hasn't prio'd us yet. Lots of comments around if enough people are interested. My guess is we are probably at least 2 years away from parts. Hope I'm wrong.

In the meantime let's keep each other up to date with what's out there.

Air intake:

• Roc euro has one. I have it, looks good and gives some sound.
• Armaspeed
• Apr(in development)

Tunes:

• Jb4
• Abt aec
• Mtm
• APR
• GIAC

Bunch of other ecu flashes you need to mail your ecu for. Lots of ecus are still locked, and aren't tuneable yet.

Exhaust:

• Supersprint has a complete system, but super expensive\

• Armytrix has a full system

Sway bars

• rs6 bars
• Abt

High flow fuel pump:

• APR

Intercooler:

• Wagner

Diffuser/Body kit:

• Karbel has some options, including a diffuser that looks to allow for exhaust cut outs. Can't seem to get any info though.

Hoping this catches some eyes. Also from what I've seen our trans is probably already at the max torque it can handle.

The RocEuro intake is a simple design but I'm not running 1/4 miles in this thing I want to be entertained! You get all the turbo noises and when the sunroof is open the wind deflector acts as a sound mirror so you get alllll the noises... It's a little hard to see here but there is a heat shield in there. Is it the same as a boxed intake system? No. But it's also 1/3 the price. I also am not convinced the box intakes don't rob power. I had one that had the optional door on my B9 and it was absolutely faster with the door off. Anyway... Especially now that it's boost weather, I'm glad to have the open filter.

I'm running the red star downpipe. I also grabbed a used s6 exhaust off eBay. There is a cete module that allows the valves to function as well.

Looks like GIAC also has a stage1+ tune available. The numbers look more comparable to all the other tunes I've seen. APR has a stronger tq curve for sure. Though GIAC does look like they have box code 4K0907559K covered which is missing from APR right now.

Also cleaned up the posts formatting, and updated with some of the other parts people have seen.

Time to breathe a little life into this thread! Did the APR Stage 1 tune( low tq file) in November of last year. The APR intake in as well as the RedStar resonator delete. Have an appointment in a week to do 034 sway bars and APR Throttle Booster. With my eye on a Wagner intercooler this summer I think that hits most of the big mods out there. Patiently waiting tor a TCU tune to hit the market as well.

Any idea if there are any differences between the C8 A6 sedan vs Allroad vs RS6 cat-back exhaust systems? AWE has one for the A6 sedan, but can't give me any info regarding fitment for the Allroad.

When I inquired with AWE about fitment for the A6 system on the AR they did confirm that it would fit but could't speak to what the sound in the cabin would be like due to the difference in size.

What do you mean "difference in size"? Size of the pipe diameter, Size (length) of the exhaust, size of the vehicle? If the A6 system is confirmed to fit on the A6 AR, there shouldn't be much/any difference considering it would be the same system on the same motor, just a slightly different body shape.

my response was about the cabin in a sedan vs a wagon. AWE has their 180 Technology for exhaust tone. Sense the exhaust is designed around a sedan they simply have no experience with it fitted to a AR and can't speak to what it would sound like inside the car
