Has anyone on here used this atf additive from liqui moly. My allroad is starting to slip 1st to 2nd gear and a little into 3rd. Also im assuming I would have to jack the car up and add from the fill hole in the tranny correct?Screenshot_20211031-191430_Samsung%20Internet.jpg

Firstly it depends on what transmission you have, DSG, Manual or CVT but according to the recommendation on the liqui-moly website it should only be mixed with ATF II or ATF III oils. Secondly it is designed to seal rubber and plastic seals when you have a leak. There is no mention of assisting with slipping gears.

Yeah definitely do that and see how you go! Also depending on what transmission you have there are filters to replace. Mine is DL501 DSG and there was an external filter and an internal one which requires the oil pan to come off.

Right got it. Where did you get the exact tranny type you have. I was going to order one of the packages from fcp or ecs and just make sure it "fits"my car

You will find a white sticker in the spare wheel well of your car and also in your service booklet that looks something like this. It will show your engine and transmission code. Mine is 0B5 which is a 7 speed S-tronic DSG
