The perfect tire size for 21 x 10.5 wheels?

Looking for some recommendations and pics for the perfect tire size to my liking. Currently running the stock 21” wheels on my 14’ RS7 with 275’s. I don’t want any tire stretch as I would like the same look as the stock wheel set up. My new wheels are Vossen HF5 21x10.5 et30.
    Thanks!

Thanks! Wasn’t sure between that and 305s. I don’t want the stretch look nor the balloon look.

305 would be at the maximum for that width which is where you'd get the balloon look, if you want the squared off look it's always the size below the max for the wheel width

    FWIW my opinion varies slightly.
Audi tends to use 0.5" lower rim widths than "industry standard measuring rim width" to get their specific look.

    Examples:
255 on a 8.5" instead of industry standard measuring rim width of 9" and your 275 on a 9" instead of a 9.5"

That being said the standard measuring rim width for a 295 is the 10.5" so in my opinion it will not match the Audi look exactly and will be very very slightly stretched.
It will still look good and is probably your only option since a 305/30 might be too big to fit the car and a 305/25 would have as staggeringly small sidewall.

I know it is not exactly what you are looking at but the only comparison I have is my own.
The top is 265/35/20 on 20x9
The bottom is 255/35/20 on 20x9. (This is the Audi stock size tire for my car which uses a stock 8.5" wide wheel.)
So you can see the 255 is very slightly stretched on a 9" even though that is the industry standard width and the 265 is more squared.

Thanks for that! That is good to know!

For 21x10.5 wheels, I would recommend going with a tire size of 285/30/21. This size will give you the same look as your stock setup and will fill out the wheel nicely. It's also a pretty common size for that wheel width, so you shouldn't have any issues finding a good set of tires. As for pics, I unfortunately don't have any on hand, but a quick Google search should bring up some great examples. When it comes to custom tires, I actually got mine from corwheels.com. They have a great selection and were super helpful in getting me the perfect set for my wheels.

Different tire manufacturers will also have a sightly different profile, for the same size tire... if that matters to you. Michelin 295/30 has a different fitment than a Conti, or Firestone, Pirelli, etc. It's been discussed a few times and widebodyfx has shown some pics illustrating the differences. Comes into play if you lower the car
