perhaps the problem that these threads are all over and getting buried. We should have more sticky threads about common things like O2 spacers, testpipes etc

if you do find the thread he's talking about, please ask admin to make it sticky, or perhaps have them sticky your new O2 spacers thread.

Suggestions for o2 spacers that get rid of CEL

    I’ll chime in.

I installed headers while my engine was out.

I purchased the spacers from UroTuning… these

    https://www.urotuning.com/products/u...SABEgKJY_D_BwE

When I reinstalled the motor, the passenger side spacer came in contact with the firewall.

I needed something that sat closer to the pipe so I grabbed one of these…

    https://www.europaparts.com/oxygen-s...SABEgIiRvD_BwE

It made a huge difference in fitment and all is well, no CEL pertaining to o2 sensors and I’ve driven a good 1200 miles since the car is back together. The positioning of the o2 sensors on my headers is super close… not sure how test pipes are set up… just make sure you position the spacer to aim away from the flow if that makes sense.

    Good luck!

It's really not that hard to search we other in the app or just on google...

It's just that there is a large amount of info out there on what people have already tried and you aren't going to recreate all of that in one thread, or every time someone installs test pipes and hasnt tried to look anything up.

Exactly. Search in Google. Begin with "Audizine" followed by your search terms. That directs Google to this forum. Easy peasy.

OP, we are not trying to be hard asses. Folks just get tired of answering the same questions over and over and over. There has been a lot of experimentation with test pipes and installing or relocating O2 sensors with different extenders with varying results. Its not likely to be "one size fits all". Some test pipes have raised secondary 02 bungs and may need no sensor. Some test tipes locate those bungs (if they have them) in different locations. Depending on test pipe design, there can be firewall clearance problems affecting extender design/shape.

Thank you, everyone, I was only able to find one other forum post talking about 02 spacers. But I know have a few options, I am going to try out the ones recommended. I think the other 02 spacer thread probably has been buried. Admin should make a search catalog for all issues reports that way it can be easier for everyone to find posts

    Hi dizzysn

I just gutted the cats on my 2014 S4 and wanted to see how your setup has been working. Which spacers exactly did you use and are they still working well? Thank You
