Have you tried a pick or small screwdriver and work it inside and down? Since its coolant there is probably calcium built up. Shouldn't take much effort but work slow so you break the hose.

Lots of wiggling and a few taps around the lip. I use a curved piece of wood and a small shop hammer so I don't break the lip.

Coolant hoses on these can be such a pain. To get mine off, I used a naturally occurring tool called rage. After pushing and pulling for around 15 minutes and trying to use coolant to lube the pieces, i discovered that violently yanking it in a kind of back and forth/up and down motion gets the job done. Brute force is what gets these off, at the risk of breaking old parts, especially plastic ones.

For reference, my hoses were at 103k mi when i yanked em. Was taking off the whole front end to do the timing chain. None of my parts broke, surprisingly.

    Pull hard. Good luck.

3.2L V6, coolant hose from engine flange to lower right radiator port.

It has a U clip attached at one end, you lift up on it at the middle and it rotates the other end upward to spread the two locking bars apart so it can slide off. There's nothing else to it that I can see. And it looks like your U clip is missing anyway. Maybe the hose and plastic have just cooked to each other.

The o-ring that goes in both ends, should you get it free, is 4E0 121 666. The U clip / spring clip on both ends is 4E0 121 142.

I have a hook like the upper one in this: https://www.amazon.com/Astro-9502-Ho...df_B00XMUNKXY/ Helps a lot for pulling tubes off longer inserts.

wd40 and heat from a heatgun helped me a lot in situations like this. wiggle it back and forth to allow wd40 to work its way towards the oring in the connector.

I use silicone spray. Same principle though, you just need something to break the surface tension of the o-ring against the plastic neck.
Squirt it into the gap and wiggle the heck out of it. Then PULL HARD straight back; there's a positioning lug in the hose, so you can't twist.

Just Rock the two pieces as you pull, it will come, as pointed out can't twist. . That oring is fighting you .. make sure to replace it, I learned the hard way. And had to dump all.my coolant again.
