    SUSPENSION SUGGESTION FOR 17 A6 3.OT

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Looking for suggestions of what lowering springs I should do for my 2017 A6 3.0T LOOKING FOR A 1-1.5 IN DROP, it is my daily driver and want a more aggressive stance but also do not want a terrible ride but am willing to sacrifice a little for a better look.

Is K&W the way to go?

Eibach Pro... most comfortable with a decent stance. Combine those with some Eurocode sway bars, and you will have a nice tight ride, without sacrificing ride quality

15118.140 is was what i used for my 13 a6 with 3.0t. Not sure if newer vehicle or 2.0 have a different number.
i recommend using the oem shocks, or if going with blistein go with the oem non sports for a softer ride. im running the blistein oem sport replacements ( not the yellows) and it can be pretty harsh compared to stock.

I used H&R and got the drop I was looking for. Ride is stiff but I also have the competition model so it already had a stiffer ride....

I have the exact same car basically (just 14 not 13), and I'm thinking of lowering it too...I just got 20" wheels and the gap is bothering the hell out of me. I'm not too knowledgeable about this area and i'm just starting to learn. I'm seeing a lot of "lowering springs" and a lot of "coilovers"... It's my daily driver and I love smooth comfortable rides....

my question is: why did u go for lowering springs vs coilovers....is it because this Audi's suspension is already good enough? (i have stock suspension)

My reason for going with the eibach over h&r is slightly less drop on eibach and softer ride. As far as springs vs coil over choice is the minimum drop height, not sure how they sit at there highest sitting position.

I live in new england and roads arent the greatest. im happy with getting rid of most of the wheel gap!

Makes sense. I feel like my motivation for this is very similar to urs. I want to lower the car a bit while still having a comfortable ride... Might check those Eiback out! Thanks bro

Funny enough I went for a ride in a customer's car that has h&r and noticed his ride was much smoother. Keep in mind I have Bilstein/Eibach combo so the bilstein make the ride harder then factory.

I'm thinking of switching to h&r or JHM springs.

My wheel gap is decent with winters on but on summers, car looks stock.

Hey man what front lip is this? Very slim and tasteless options for the nonsline front bumper, but this one definitely flows well with the non sline. Thank you in advance!

Our springs are such a high value for the money, not to mention made right here in the USA
