    2006 Audi A4 1.8T questions

Hello, I am new to the community so please be patient with me. I just bought a 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet 1.8T. When I go to most sites (ECS or CTS Turbo for example) and do a part lookup using their vehicle lookup tool the 1.8T engine does not pop up for my model year, the 2.0T pops up instead. I am 100% sure my engine is 1.8T so I am just trying to figure out why this is happening. I assume most parts for the 2.0T are different than parts for the 1.8T, but maybe I am wrong? I would really appreciate any insight anyone can offer me on this subject. I just want to be sure when I order a part it is going to fit my engine so if you guys could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Smac will know for sure. There are some funky things with the cab. Maybe it did not get the 2.0 t. Usually sites ask for body type and can correct.

Okay thanks. I just want to make sure that I am going to have proper fit when I order parts. On ECS I have to select the "B6 (2002-2005)" option in order to get the 1.8T engine to come up even though my car is a 2006, so it just makes me a little uneasy considering the price of the parts. ECS is not the only site that I have to do that.
