impact crash sensor location ?????

hey guys,
I have a 2013 Q5 3.oT...
has anybody ever replaced the crash impact sensor (passenger side ) really confuse as far the location .. keep hearing inside headlight assembly , door panel , front bumper cover
does anybody know for sure !!!! greatly appreciated

Are you looking for the front or the side?

Front passenger is the G180 and located

Rear passenger is the G257 and located

It seems there is another front passenger G284 as well.

Great guys .. apologize should have stated front passenger side which is G-284 , I m thinking front bumper will have to be removed again ( done that before ) , unless anybody has done without doing that ??

also are you guys using FSM and where can i get it ? thank you so much guys,,

sorry again should have read instructions closely - no need to remove bumper cover , just noise insulation ( black plastic cover over the radiator ) ..the sensor also is not inside the head light assembly it looks like is outside.??

Yes that's the factory manual, you can get a 25 hour 'subscription' from Audi and download whatever you want in PDF. It's like 35 bucks or something which is a really good price.

Awsome ..found sensor upthere after removing botton noise insulation .. took care of it found sensor loose - reconnected it clear faul;t with OBDeleven scanner .. all back to normal

gotten so much better help .. instead of audiworld .. nobody was able to guide me exactly where sensors are located
