Have you confirmed if you have 12VDC between the 12v pin and ground. It should be the 2 outside pins on the plug. That 12VDC should be present at the harness while the vehicle is running or when the vehicle is in prime mode. If you have 12V cut the signal wire and see if it runs in emergency mode. If it does then just leave it like that. Lots of people run their pumps at . Screenshot_20200917-180942.jpg

Yes and both are available at the plug per the attachment.. Make sure your meter is on VDC or buy a cheap tester at Autozone with 2 leads and a light bulb. You want to go between the 2 outside pins (power/ground) on the harness.

Measure between pin 1 and chassis ground, or between pin 1 and 3. I responded on your FB post too, check fuse 7 or 16 in the engine bay fuse panel (I think it's that one). They have a lot of stuff on them if they were bad it would be more than the pump.

Look in your owners manual, it will tell you where all of the fuses are. I have an SQ5 so it might be in a different spot, but that will tell you where they are and what all they go to. Really for fuses and relays you should check there first.

are you tuned? what tuner? 034 and ie have modes that trigger the fans based on the cruise control stock forward or back condition to force fans to run even when stopped to cool the heat exchanger fluid more. i'd guess these would also run on "car wakeup" triggers just like the supercharger coolant pump does in these modes or when you cut the pwm wire for the pump (middle wire)

otherwise fans running 100% with ignition power could be a bad pwm signal from the fans (cut wire corroded connector or something else that went bad) and the fans when they don't have pwm signal say "crap something is wrong, better just go to 100% to be safe no matter what and not overheat the engine" obviously failing safe like that is better than if the fans died with no pwm.
