Need some help sourcing the intake flap actuators

I found the latest TSB circular I could find here, but the PNs don't cross in ETKA and show NLA everywhere I look. Does anyone know how I can get them or do I have to drop serious coin on the entire intake runner?

The codes happened once, did not cause any driveability issues, rough idle or such and went away the next day.

    Code:
    6427 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1

I'd wait till you see those codes showing up consistently and perhaps check the vacuum connections to the actuators - i.e., follow the first steps of the tsb you posted to verify that it's really your actuators. I do have the intake manifolds and actuators I took off my old engine (2010 S4) and brand new actuators seems to be about 60$ so not too expensive either (although backordered everywhere).

I can get them $65/side, but I want to make sure they are the latest revision if I'm going to go rooting around under the S/C. It happened while I was pretty high up in elevation (around 8800 ft) and the car dailys around 4200 ft, so maybe it didn't like that. I might buy the parts and hang on to them so I have them on hand and not get screwed by stock issues.

Checking vac lines I'll do this weekend to be sure they didn't crumble apart on me. I hate working around a hot engine lol.

    Thanks.

Where did you end up finding some? I need to track some down for the Q7?

eBay. Use the PNs from the TSB circular I linked to.

Codes returned minus CEL. Guess I'll start amassing parts since the SC is coming off. Vac lines look okay.

I wonder if any of the tuners would be interested in doing a delete on these, has anyone tried it?

    2013 audi C7 S7 RS7 S6 RS6 4.0 P2006 P2007 intake manifold runner codes.

This can be useful, admin can move it the correct forum if wanted.
    Long story short.

Bought 2013 S7 that was involved in light front end accident. Throwing intake manifold runner codes on both banks P2006 P2207 seemed suspicious as it would be unusual for both manifolds to go bad at 80000k.
Checked all the solenoids and vacuum lines - all good. When manually applied vacuum - runners seem to open and close as it should ( checked each window with the good light and a mirror). Everything seemed to work as it should but codes were still there.

Ended up lowering the engine and removed both intake manifolds.
And found out that both manifolds had broken plastic pieces stuck ON THE INSIDE under the flaps ( and could not be seen with the mirror) which restricted the movement of the flaps.

Those pieces appear to be a part of the front intake that was damaged in the accident and apparently the pieces were sucked in.

So if you have a car that was involved in the front end collision popping these codes - good chance you have the same issue I had.
Get a good quality pin camera and check for broken plastic pieces stuck under the flaps before you remove the manifolds.

    Hope this helps some one))
