    C7/C7.5 A6 Lowering Springs

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    I have a C7.5 A6 S-line and I want to install some Eibach or H&R lowering springs.

Somebody was selling Eibach springs on AZ but they're no longer for sale.

    Aren't the stock S line springs a ~1 inch drop already? (30mm)

I would bet the Eibach to be pretty close to that since they advertise as a 1 inch drop from standard suspension.

Honestly I wasn't sure myself but below are some snippets from my research. Maybe I need to get some forum members to do some center wheel-to-arch measurements for me??

"The audi sport springs on us spec cars have a higher height than H&R and Eibach. Ride height for the 3 are in this order: sport suspension, Eibach, and H&R being the lowest. I will mention, in European markets there is the sport suspension and an S-line suspension that is 10mm lower than standard sport."

"The Eibach Pro springs are a 30mm drop so on the S-line model you'd see a max drop of 15mm but more towards 10mm."

H&r sport springs will be about right for you then.

In this thread, the H&R appear to be approximately 1/2" lower than USDM Sport suspension. H&R advertises a 1-1/2" drop from standard.

This leads me to believe that Eibach will be very comparable to factory Sport Suspension.
