Is it okay to top off the pink coolant reservoir with ones from Peak or any brand that is formulated for European cars? Autozone site says it fits my vehicle but I'm not able to find G12 or G13 antifreeze locally. My level is below minimum.

Just fill it up with distilled water if you don't need to top it off that much. Thats what I always do. Or just regular water sometimes too haha

I've topped off with generic brand stuff before. As long as you make sure to stick with the right one. Top off non silicone with non silicone, you get the idea.

Many AutoZone's these days carry Pentosin.

If you live in an area that doesn't snow, distilled water is fine to top off.

Have you checked NAPA? There is where I found the Pentosin.

Distilled water is fine or any European formula should also be fine. You aren't going to significantly change the ratio going from min to max, even at 70-30, you are protected from freezing down to -5F or something like that.

I used peak in mine. So far it’s been fine. I usually go with pentosin pentofrost, but my coolant pissed everywhere (loose drain plug) so I had to use what the store had. Just make sure it’s the g13 violet coolant, which is what our car takes. Peak makes the g13 violet euro formula.
