Long story short, I found it and to make things even better, it was less than 1 hour from where I live and it has all that I wanted and more, including the following factory features:
- SQ5
- Prestige package
- Driver Assistance Package - Audi ACC, Dynamic steering
- Fine Nappa Leather package
- Layered aluminum black/wood inlays
- Tow hitch
- 21" Wheel package
- Black Optics package
- Rear side airbag
...and a few other niceties
In addition, it had already had some really nice updates:
- 20" winter tire package
- H&R sport springs
- APR Stage 2+ and dual pulley
- H&R spacers
I've already done most needed maintenance items within a month of purchasing it: oil change, tranny service (fluid and filter), fluid change on all the diffs, as well as new wipers. Luckily the pads and rotors are in good condition.
I'll be using this thread to share with you that mod journey, as well as providing details on each of them and showing the pre and post affects as well as the reasoning behind the modification.
So here she is day 1, after I gave her a through wash and got rid of some of that road grime.

The car was originally over $70K MSRP! And with the updates the previous owner did, probably another $5K

Job one was address any and all maintenance needs:
- ZF tranny fluid and filter
- differential fluid change with Redline 75w90
- new plugs
- air filter
- cabin filter
- oil and filter change

My initial mod list included:
RKX 3.0T Silicone Throttle Body Inlet Hose Q5 SQ5 2013 - 2017 – RKXtech - to help the car breathe better by increasing airflow into the factory airbox
I've decided to leave the existing stock airbox in place for now, since it's a closed environment and doesn't pull in heat generated by the engine.
A few observations:
1 - the RKX inlet has a lot more capacity and has noticeably larger volume
2 - due to being silicone, it was quite malleable and easy to get in place
3 - the kit included everything I needed and super easy to understand exactly how it goes in place
Now come the pics:

RKX Billet Transmission Mount Insert Audi B8 B8.5 A4 S4 A5 S5 SQ5 Q5 – RKXtech - to reduce the movement of the transmission during hard acceleration, since I've got enough power on-tap
I wanted to address the slop that existed when shifting gears. Since I've got 400bhp at the wheels, it appeared even more pronounced and saw that there were several vendors that were addressing this via a very simple install. However, I went to RKX and could not be more pleased. It feels like the shifts are so much tighter and no slop at all, in either D and S modes. There's no additional noise in the cabin and under acceleration it goes through the gears with ease and no fuss at all.
The product itself is very nicely built and the install is so simple that once the car is up in the air, it takes 5 mins max

Removing the door chime
Adding a Fumoto oil drain valve
Based upon my experience with my other cars, these valves are a game changer for us who change oil ourselves and don't employ a suction device to extract the oil via the dipstick location.

Bringing the MMI into the 21st century with a 10.25" Android 10 (upgrading to 11 soon) standalone system with CarPlay and Android Auto thanks to DMP 10.25 touch-enabled system
Some aspects which I was looking for:
The DMP solution hit all the marks and came equipped with the 4GB RAM / 64GB from the factory.
- Wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto
- Upgradeable to Android 11, the system is currently on 10
- Ease of install with current wiring and no splicing - plug & play
- Works seamlessly with existing factory setup, but allows the best of both world, plus leverages touchscreen and knob control
- Plays FLAC content, as well as standard MP3 and the like

Sequential LED Side Mirror Cover Lights
Thanks to Jagon, these took about 10-15 mins per side, with the hardest part simply being the removal of the side mirror cover. Everything else was quite easy and I followed the instructions in the video. FWIW, I'm VERY happy with the update and they look much cooler than before
