2021 A5 Sportback No Quantum Grey?

So I saw a YouTube video of a 2020 a5 sportback in quantum grey in Poland and it looked amazing. But when I go to build on the audi USA site they don't offer the color. Is it true there's no quantum grey available for the a5 sportback in the US?

Also, I have 2012 s4 6mt with awe exhaust that I've owned since new, I don't drive as aggressively anymore but still like to push it here and there.

Would I be disappointed with the a5 sportback it seems on paper to still have some pep. Trying to save the 15k over the s5 sportback now that I have kids.

If Audi decides to dig into your ECU due to a warranty claim, they can find out if you were running a piggyback or tune (and just reflashed back to stock).

Sounds like you are thinking about buying and keeping instead of leasing.

I drove my friends 2020 A4 before my 2020 S4.
If you want a fun car I’m sorry the “A” model isn’t going to cut it. It’s just not anywhere near as fun to drive stock for stock. Coming from an S4 you will hate yourself eventually.

I would get the S5, but you mentioned kids.

A used C7.5 facelift S6 (2016-18) with an extended warranty sounds like a great deal for you. 4 doors, bigger than the S5 sportback, and you get a V8 twin turbo paired with a dual clutch.

I only mention a warranty because it def. would cost more if the S6 broke vs the B9 S5 sportback.

Older interior yes, but it still feels very well built and luxurious especially if you can find one with the red seats which comes with the red laced carbon fiber

I don’t but it’s said that for major issues and warranty repairs, Audi could dig further into the ECU and see it was being manipulated to push more boost IF THEY WANT TOO.

Honestly just running a pump gas tune should be okay and not hurt anything so screw it throw the warranty away.

I think going E85, meth injection, bigger turbo, etc. is where I’d worry about the health of the drivetrain.

JB4 or any piggyback doesn’t guarantee you won’t get flagged.

They don’t just only look at the flash counter for major warranty work. They can pull detailed ECU logs which includes things like boost pressure where they could easily identify it running past stock levels.

You can even get manually TD1 flagged for something like an intake depending on the dealership.
