Hey all. Earlier today I was driving around and got a code P0140, (I have no idea if these codes are related) I did some research and found it’s from weird voltage in the secondary o2 sensor or something like that. Well fast forward to later tonight and I just got a code for C0700 and that’s it just C0700 no other weird misfire codes. I read that sometimes spark plug tips can break off and go down into the pistons causing a misfire so I took all my plugs out and found out that that thankfully wasn’t the case and that all my plugs were intact and all looked the same not fouled or anything like that. My car runs fine, doesn’t idle weird, and feels like it has the same amount of power it always has(no I am not tuned) I do also have a catless test pipe with a o2 spacer in for my secondary 02 sensor. I’ve replaced the tensioner and chain for the rear timing once already and have driven the car about 15k miles since doing so. I cleared the codes and drove around the block and checked again and there were no codes. My car doesn’t seem to be misfiring or anything. And from what I’ve seen people who get c0700 are also getting c0300 and I do not have the code p0300, the only code I have is c0700 and p0140. I’m really curious what this could mean and any help would be really appreciated thank you.

You have o2 codes and a non stock cat/o2 setup.
I think you have your answer.
You have introduced a variable to the car.

Maybe try a different spacer. That code means the sensor is not showing any voltage change/activity. If thats not it, maybe a bad sensor...

Word, I have live data that shows my spacer is working right. I think my secondary o2 sensor is just going bad. I’m going to replace that and will update
