Plano here. I don’t use Facebook either. Is there a shop around that has parts local? I also wanted to know if there is a dealer that will help with lowering my SQ5, lower than the dynamic setting, which as we know leaves the 2 levels that the car can be lowered. I believe the dealer tool was the VCDS(probably spelt wrong) and since a mechanic would be doing it, it that would not void my warranty. I remember there was a post about a dealer on the West cost doing it, but I could be mistaken. Nice meeting some people in the area,

BMP Tuning / Blair Automotive can do installation for VAG products in the DFW area. I have had them install several things on my 2018 S5. Also, I'm located in the Plano area myself.

I work here at Audi Plano, I had my SQ5 and Q8 lowered through our factory scan tools.

The SQ5 won’t show lower than the 2 bars even at the lowest setting before it tosses a fault. I think the only way to go lower is the cete module

I would only go to Zinkwerks , or Audi McKinney which had a super Audi tech there.

Anyone know of a suspension shop in DFW that will install lowering springs at a reasonable price? So far the estimates have been $600-700 for a full day's work to install springs on my S4 which seems insane.

For indy shops, Blair is the best. There's also Autoscope which is okay and a few others around.

Blair prides themselves on charging as much as or more than the dealer.

I live like a block from them so I was like, at least I can use them for alignments and wheel mounting balancing since they have all the fancy hunter engineering machines

but whoever is doing wheels and alignment doesn't have any clue what they're doing. I vowed never to return, as I ran out of second chances.

One example of several: Paid $200 for them to mount and balance tires onto my wheels and it was so bad I had to get it completely redone. 2 of the wheels had 50-100% of the weights fall off while the others didn't have them in the right spot.

Basically, I wouldnt go there at all unless it's your last resort. Just not worth it

I thought I was the only one who thought their prices were steep. I called Dubsquared, Eurosport and Blair for quotes to reinstall the factory downpipe on my S3 and tune it back to stock. Dubsquared and Eurosport each quoted $400-500 for the job; Blair quoted me nearly $1600.
