If you have messed with your bumpers or diffusers on your car then you have likely experienced a broken bumper tab. In this video I'm going to show you how you can repair those tabs, at home, for free.

If you guys missed my DIY video on removing your rear diffuser (the right way so you don't break any tabs), then you don't know the story of our OEM S6 Diffuser that we got for the car. The short version is this:

I bought a used S6 diffuser to fit our new Cende Valvetronic exhaust, but it had quite a few broken tabs. I installed it anyways hoping the remaining tabs would be enough. They weren't, and the diffuser slipped down in front of our exhaust. This resulted in a couple spots on the diffuser melting/warping due to the extreme heat.

I thought the diffuser was useless at this point, so I decided to experiment with repairing it myself, and was very surprised by the outcome.

Tools List:
-Soldering Iron
-Dremel or Sandpaper
-Eye Protection
-Protective Gloves (not like the latex ones I used)

Noteworthy Information:

-Please wear protective gloves & eye protection. There are lots of things flying around when dremeling, & the soldering iron will burn the shit out of you.

-Don't inhale the burning plastic fumes. Set up a fan if you have one.

-Go slow until you have the hang of it. It isn't hard, but you don't want to melt too much.
