Thanks georgy. I have plenty of street cred, too much some may say. Jk . Did you put spacers just for slightly wider stance? Can I run em without spacers?

    Reverse Turbine Rim

Does anybody know what model / part number this rim is? Was there a particular Audi these were issued on? Do they exist in 22 inch from Audi? I want to know whether these are real Audi products or Chinese knock offs. I absolutely love this look and I want to go for it. But I want it safe at the same time.

@rt7085: the wheels in your photo look like these: https://audi-shop.com/de/en/p/audi-s...3181%20%2017Q/

They appear to be genuine Audi accessories. You can see the “Audi” embossed in the wheel above the tire valve stem. Might say Audi RS.

    If the link doesn’t work:
    Audi Sport wheel, 5-arm turbine
platinum grey, gloss turned finish, 10.0Jx21, 285/45 R21 113Y XL tyre
    Article No.: 4M8073181 17Q

    *1.180,00€
    incl. VAT
    EU tyre label: 496782

    Description & details:
    Attractive and eye-catching.

The sporty 5-spoke turbine design alloy wheel rim in platinum grey, machine polished, including Hankook Ventus S1 evo³ SUV (K127A) AO tyre is a special eye-catcher that consequently accentuates the dynamic design of the model.

The machine polishing accentuates the contours and enhances the wheel to an even greater degree. The base paint is mechanically removed from the rotational symmetric surfaces so that the aluminium is revealed. Then a clear lacquer is applied.

    Wheel rim details
    Rim size: 10.0Jx21
    Wheel bolt circle: 112/5
    Wheel offset: 20 mm
    Colour: platinum grey, machine polished
    Authorisation for snow chains: no

    Tyre details
Tyres: Hankook Ventus S1 evo³ SUV (K127A) AO with noise absorber
    Tyre size: 285/45 R21 113Y XL
    Directional tread pattern: no

Wheel bolts are not included in the items supplied. Please use the existing series wheel bolts.

The wheels are supplied fully assembled and balanced. We only use lead-free zinc balancing weights.

We recommend fitting the wheel sensor retrofit kit to models which have the direct measuring tyre pressure monitoring system.

    Notes:
    only suitable for model with engine: 45 TFSI/2.0 TFSI (180 kW), 55 TFSI/3.0 TFSI (250 kW), 55 TFSI e (250 kW/280 kW), 60 TFSI e (250 kW/340 kW), 60 TFSI/4.0 TFSI (373 kW), 3.0 TDI (155 kW), 45 TDI/3.0 TDI (170 kW), 45 TDI/3.0 TDI (183 kW), 50 TDI/3.0 TDI (210 kW) 55 TFSI/3.0 TFSI (250 kW), 55 TFSI e (250 kW/280 kW), 60 TFSI e (250 kW/340 kW), 60 TDI/4.0 TDI (310 kW), 60 TDI/4.0 TDI (320 kW)

Agreed. Thank you all for your quick response. These are not Audi. I think I established who is making them. Signature Performance Wheels. Designed in US, made in Taiwan. They are saying all the right things: SPW Manufacturing. But then there is this: Are Your Rims Really Via (Apex Wheels)

Anybody any experience with these guys? 'Googling' them results in good reviews. But I am not sure if I believe the internet at all times. If it checks out I will order them via Void.Carbon in NC.

That tire is mounted incorrectly - note the "inside" wording on the tire. That literally should be facing the inside of the car, not the outside of the car. Please take your car back to whoever mounted the tires and wheels and tell them to fix it. And then never take it back to them again. Not only is it inexcusable, it's flat-out dangerous.

True! I know @Belong makes this wheels in the Netherlands. Fully forged and did manufacture sets for multiple models already including his own C8 (non RS6).

Wheel aficionados, can I get an opinion on a wheel for my S8… or does this violate the sanctity of this thread…?

I just picked up some 20 inch B7 RS4 style wheels to put drag radials on. I can get them refinished anyway I would like. I would like something a lil different from my OZ’s with the all seasons.

    In no particular order:

All ‘brilliant’ / ‘aluminum look’ paint and clear coat, truest to the RS4 wheels.
Daytona grey pearl with polished face clear coated.
‘Steingrau” (the rear lower valence trim color) with polished face is an option.
Bronze or a matte bronze with polished face.

I’m thinking polished face vs ‘machined face’ will match the mirrors slightly better.

    All input welcomed!

21" HRE FF11s (21x10.5 ET19) plus a 5mm spacer, with Continental DWS06+ 295/35/21. Chose to go with 21s given daily commute with sometimes unavoidable potholes, as well as upsize the tire size to 295s. Car is stock height with DRC.

My wheels finally came in. Went down to 21s and running 295/35s all seasons. I do have a touch of rubbing at full lock inside the wheel well. Need to check if I can make a bit of space. Center caps get in Monday.
