Good point but might be splitting hairs:

How can I tell what kind of synthetic oil it is?
Oliver Kuhn: That is not so easy, because there are no uniform terms here. In the USA, for example, both PAO oils and HC oils can be described as fully synthetic, but in Germany only PAO oils may be called synthetic. That is why we give our HC oils the label “Synthesis Technology”. Other oil manufacturers use terms such as “100% synthetic” or “synthetic mix”, where it is not clear what exactly is meant.
So in the US I believe all their oils are labeled "Fully Synthetic" including LEICHTLAUF HIGH TECH SAE 5W-40. However on their European site it is labeled “Synthesis Technology”.

I believe only their SYNTHOIL HIGH TECH 5W-40 aka SYNTHOIL PREMIUM SAE 5W-40 in the US is "Fully Synthetic" PAO by German standards, but I do not know for sure as they could use all HC oil for the US even if the particular oil name stays the same.
Again, might be splitting hairs and not worth going down the rabbit hole.
