I searched the Audi Customer Service -> Production Numbers thread and aggregated the information for RS7. The color codes weren't available for all Performance, just one-offs.

Well congratulations on your return, I imagine that the RS7 gets the heart rate up a little bit more than the SQ5 but in my honest opinion you cannot go wrong with either option. There were only 394 Performance 4.0T quattro tiptronic RS7s produced in the US for the 2017 model year. 85 were produced with Mythos Black as the exterior color, and only 19 were outfitted with the Mythos Black/Black Valcona Leather & Comfort Sport Seat interior. If you have other questions or if I can assist in another capacity please let me know!

Interesting to see that there were MORE Performance RS7's built/sold in 2017 than regular production series...

I did not re-read the original thread but now I remember Vincenzo writing that. Of course, Audi has a database with every component by VIN (I got mine from erWin); they're German after all. Maybe they consider the more detailed information proprietary to their planning. Anyone know how these numbers compare with the Rest of the World?

Agreed. Very low Performance models. 670 total for 7.5! Rarer than I thought as well!

I know I'm dragging up an old thread but I was curious if anyone had knowledge of a way to determine how many of particular Exclusive colors were produced? I went to the linked reference thread above and saw there used to be an Audi USA rep active on the forum but that seems to have stopped back in June of 2020. Does anyone know if I call Audi and give them my VIN can they, or will they, provide me with such information.

I ask because I recently picked up this 2014 RS7 in the Exclusive color Emerald Green (or I've seen it referred to as Emerald Green Pearl Mica) and I'm curious how many others might exist. I know I've personally never seen another but then again this is my first Audi and first German car, so I haven't been "in the weeds" of the enthusiast groups as many have been for years. I've had one individual tell me he saw an S7 in this color in the UK once at a dealer but that was it. The original owner of this car was from Ireland so it's quite possible he saw it over there and knew he wanted to order it here in the States.

The information will be in their database. Whether someone will take the trouble to search is another question. Maybe take it to a local dealer and if they're not busy they'll try to help you out (so maybe you'll return for service there).

I just did a full paint correction with ceramic and hydrophobic coating last weekend (hence the pics). So she's looking stellar at the moment and I hope stays that way. It has less than 19K miles on it (16K when I bought it) but that will likely climb fast as it's my daily and I drive 20K miles a year. But you can't enjoy them if you don't drive them.

RS7s are rare as it is, but yours may truly be 1 of 1! Enjoy it. Take care of the turbo oil screen and I'm sure it'll treat you fine. I just passed 68k miles on my 2015 and still smile. Longest I've ever owned a car.

I think the only upgraded package it’s missing is the Comfort Seating Package; heated, ventilated, massaging seats.

Top of the line package for MY14 was the Dynamic Edition, which had a dead giveaway of the red stitching all throughout the interior

MY16+ had the Performance package, which had the optional CCB

Yeah it has the dynamic. Personal opinion, the comfort seats are not an upgrade but a preference. Agreed they would add another line item for cost though I hadn't looked at it that way. Short of that I think it the attached sticker has all other available options?

If you have the Dynamic Edition - red calipers, red stitching on seats and throughout the interior - that is the highest, most optioned out RS7 of that year

That looks similar to mine except a white 2014. Definitely has red stitching and belts. There are Audi Exclusive badges on the doors. Good luck on the car. DSC_0041.jpg
