Did they bring this combination to the US? If so, what model years?

Looking for the raise/lower button in the trunk is the easiest way to see if it has air suspension or not. A lot of sellers don’t list all the options or even know all the options available.

"ALL" as in all year, all models. Or just all TDI (all years)?

Can you link to photo showing the location/look of the 'raise/lower' button in trunk to identify?

Air suspension was available on all years, same with the TDI. I think you had to get premium or prestige trim for air but not 100% on that.

This is where the lowering button is on the 4L, it’s on the other side on the 4M.

Yeah, the people listing never have the time to actually learn the cars, you're lucky if they actually post the monroney, that is also a great way to see all the options. Usually they will provide it if you call and ask.

Mine is a 14 TDI prestige and it has air suspension. Like stated above look for the button in any pictures of the trunk
