I talked to my dealer here before I decided between the cete drop and having PG do the drop with the tool. My guy said it’s no issue at all. If they ever had an issue that it could come into question their tool at the dealer can revert it no questions.

I bought mine at Escondido as well from Myke but he’s no longer there, but for warranty stuff have been using George for years. As to pacific German I use them as well. They did my first oil change at 1200 and will do my off audi care ones. I don’t believe in 10k services ;) As far as where I’m in the la Mesa/del cerro area.

We do offer full service and maintenance for your cars! In some cases, when modified, it can be better to avoid the hassle of a dealer visit depending on the circumstances.

We use factory filters with Audi approved synthetic engine oil (Liqui Moly and Torco are popular choices) and we have the factory scan tool to reset the service intervals on the cluster.

Sebring Part One

We had this Sebring Black RS6 dropped off with another car (see a few posts back the side by side shot)

It takes around 3 hours including four wheel alignment. You can email us for a quote, but since you are in Maine, I would imagine dealers or shops in your area may have different rates.

Sebring Part Two

We had this Sebring Black RS6 dropped off for new wheels and brake caliper refinishing! It is the same car from the last post, but now with new 22" Vossen HF-2 Wheels in Satin Black wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in 285/30/20! The customer wanted to change up the brakes calipers, and opted for a Glossy Yellow finish similar to some of the Porsches with CCBs.

Not pictured in these photos, but we also installed an Akrapovic exhaust system. There is so much more coming for this car, so stay tuned!

Purple Envy

This Velvet Purple Audi Exclusive RS6 drove on over from Arizona to have us lower and align the car! Using our factory scan tool, we had him back on the road within just a few hours. Now those HRE P104SC wheels look at home with the 1" height drop from factory height. We have more stuff in store for this car, it will be back within a few weeks!

Curious, what is the method behind refreshing the calipers? Are they sent off to get powder coated, painted, done in house. Is the RS badge on the caliper a sticker? Sorry for the N00b questions. We strip the calipers down, and have them painted by one of our local body shops. They are primed, base coat painted, decals are applied, and then clear coated for the final layer. This process normally takes a few days to get done right, but the outcome is just perfection. Any color and any decal can be used essentially for a nice custom touch.

DAYTONA MAYHEM

A few weeks back we had six RS6s in the shop at once, two being Daytona Gray! The following day, we had another Daytona Gray car stop on by! Here is a collection of these three Daytona cars, and I will post up the others with a group photo later on.

Daytona #1
Carbon Optics, Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Black Interior

This car received VF Engineering Stage 1 Engine Performance software, ABT Sportsline Anti-roll bars, and an MTM Air Intake System. We also coded out the amber marker lights in the front headlights to give the car a more "European Spec".







Daytona #2
Carbon Optics, Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Cognac Interior

This car received an Akrapovic Exhaust System, VF Engineering Stage 1 Engine Performance software, ABT Sportsline Anti-roll bars, lowered the ride height 1" with our factory scan tool, 10mm and 15mm H&R wheel spacers with bolts, and four wheel alignment! With this one we also coded out the amber marker lights in the front headlights to give the car a more "European Spec".

With this car we lowered the ride height 1" with our factory scan tool, added 10mm and 15mm H&R wheel spacers with bolts for a nice and aggressive stance, and finished it off with a four wheel alignment!

With the MY22's coming in the next 6-9 months (mine included) have you all considered what suspension options you may offer for those who opted for DRC? I only know of KW coils from the Cars with Luke episode where he got it on his RS6 but I am curious as to who else has suspension options/upgrades for us.

Looking forward to giving you all my hard earned not kids college fund money here when my car arrives. It will be a enjoyable drive from Sacramento to SD!!

For the incoming 2022 model year cars with DRC, we will be stocking both the KW and ABT height adjustable spring sets. I really hope the DRC cars ride well. The past C7 RS7 and most other models rode well, but the B9 RS5 is just a rough ride with DRC. The air suspension in the C8 RS platforms is pretty dialed in from Audi.

MMS POWER

We ordered this MMS Power Division air intake system a few months back and managed to get the kit installed on the ABT RS6-R! We measured an increased air flow and increased boost levels via data logging without any adjustments to the VF Engineering engine performance software. The car certainly feels a bit quicker in the mid range and top end!

This system consists of larger bore turbo inlets, a full airbox lid with larger diameter outlets, and silicone hoses for the transition from the airbox into the turbo inlets. We also dropped in a BMC high flow air filter for good measure.

I have not heard of any negative comments on the air ride system from members here. I am a bit worried to take a jump like this not really knowing how it will really work out.

Coming from a RS7 C7 with DRC and now having a RS7 C8 with air suspension, I love the ride so much more with the air suspension. I have both cars while I'm prepping the C7 for sale, so can do back-back comparison. The air suspension feels so much more compliant, soaking the transitions and bumps in the road so much more, yet not compromising the road hugging feel when pitching into corners hard in any way. The C7 DRC seemed to transmit everything back through to the car even in Comfort mode, Dynamic's bouncy ride is simply unbearable. Admittedly the C8's suspension and chassis is a generation later, but still I'll take the air suspension.

I haven't really been a fan of factory air suspension until recently, the latest tech is doing well!

However, we have the factory DRC system filling tool kit, so if anything needs to be removed or drained, we have the capabilities for setting the DRC up how it should be.

Nardo Paired

We had this pair of Nardo Gray RS6 avants in for lowering and some tweaks! The car on black Brixton wheels was lowered with our factory scan tool and aligned. The other car was lowered with the factory scan tool, we added on 10mm and 15mm H&R wheel spacers, coded out the orange marker light in the headlights, installed an MTM Cantronic power module, and aligned the car to finish it off for this visit.

It is like the ABT Power Upgrade, offering power at a piggy back style solution that does not flash the engine control unit.

Gains are great, but it does not change the soft rev limit when stationary (3000), does not increase the miles per hour governor, and it cannot be used with aftermarket downpipes.

RS7 Starter Pack

This RS7 dropped on by (pun intended) with 140 miles on the odometer for a quick ride height adjustment. We dropped this car down 1" from the factory ride height, threw on 10mm front and 15mm rear H&R wheel spacers, and wrapped it up with a four wheel alignment.

Another Nardo

Nothing to see here, just another Nardo Gray RS6 Avant in for the works! Akrapovic exhaust system, VF Engineering software, H&R wheel spacers, lowered with our factory scan tool, and ABT Anti-Roll bars to improve high speed performance through the canyons and back roads. This one will be back for a euro flat bottom steering wheel, center console, and KlassenID wheels soon!

Thanks Shawn really appreciate the input. With the factory scan tool, my understanding is with this you can lower it without having the need for the CETE unit. I would need to return if I wanted it raised or lowered more etc?

Yes the factory scan tool completely negates the use of lowering links or an add on lowering module. The car would have to return to us if the height needs any adjustment, however the lowering method is the most stealthy approach for those who are warranty conscious.

MTM 1001hp RS7



We had an RS7 client recently want more out of his car. After going over some options, we decided the standard stage 1-2 upgrades were not going to cut it. While 700-800hp can sound impressive, why not shoot for 1000? 1001?

We called MTM and ordered up their Stage 4 kit for this car. This kit is made up of their Hybrid Turbochargers, Carbon fiber air intake system with larger inlet hoses and turbo inlets, software tuning, and an Akrapovic full exhaust system. While this RS7 was at the shop, we also lowered the car with our factory scan tool and dropped on a set of H&R Wheel spacers.
