    3.0 TDI V6 Selfmade Intake?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Hello guys,

I wonder if there is a bolt-on solution for a 3.0 TDI V6 (2012, engine code CDUC) intake on the market?

I'm from Germany and the only solution I know is the "Turboloch" intake out of silicon. But it's out of stock.

Someone here has a selfmade one for example like this? Or do you know another brand that offers a bold-on solution?

Thanks this looks interesting, the only issue is that this will only fit with the 88mm BI-TDI MAF.
Does anyone know if the 88mm BI-TDI MAF housing (059906461Q) will fit plug & play on the stock air filter box?

It is possible to attach my MAF Sensor on the BI-TDI housing?

Maybe the BI-TDI Sensor is longer than mine?

After a little google research I found out that the MAF Sensors are equal. They have the same part number 420 133 471, this means its only the housing what is bigger. The airbox side is identical.

    MAF Measurements:

    Original 3.0 BI-TDI: Airbox-side: 92mm
    Original 2.7 / 3.0 TDI: Airbox-side: 92mm
    -
    Original 2.7 / 3.0 TDI: TIP-Side: 78 mm
    Original 3.0 BI-TDI: TIP-Side: 88mm

Once installed the MAF Sensor will need calibrating by your tuner.

Now I had to look after a tuner here in my area who can do this.
