Audi S3 8V Stock Catback Backbox Modification - much more flow!

    Hi guys!

So, We've gutted out and modded the Stock Catback exhaust to net us some extra horses as the stock one held us back on the dyno. MUCH improved sound as well as power!

Allowed us to go from 480BHP to a mega 530BHP 470lbsft

You really don't need to spend £1500+ on an exhaust system...

ah... TLDW lol. Why not just weld in a new rear box to the stock pipes. A lot easier? - Magnaflow or something.

We wanted to keep it looking stock, and also utilise the stock valved system. We ran 2.75 inch tubular stainless straight through the valved exit, and then ran perforated 2.5 inch through the none valved exit and added firbe glass deadening... so essentially the car is straight piped (although resonated) at over 3k when in Dynamic, and under 3k in comfort it stays quiet as stock. The exercise was solely to create more flow for the V4 Turbo to run freely at a cost efficient way with a good soundtrack to boot.
