Google Earth not working with active subscription on 2019?

I've recently renewed my Audi Connect Prime subscription for my 2019 RS5 Sportback. Unfortunately my MMI continues to says that my Google Earth subscription is expired. I've already tried logging out and back in to the account on my Audi. I was hoping it would work itself out, but it's been several weeks now.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? I'm hoping AOA can assist.

You can contact Audi Connect. They were able to help my sister when her new Q3 had connect account issues.

Audi has already found a fix on select models. Audi is moving away from Google and moving forward with Maxar Technologies satellite map overlay. There is a similar thread I started back in 2018. You don't need to start from the beginning. The last few recent posts will be sufficient to understand what is going on.

Thanks, I've contacted AOA directly and they've confirmed the problem was on their end. The operator I spoke to said he would need to reach out to the server team to fix it and it should take a few days.

Just as an update, my Google Earth never got fixed and I just got off the phone with AOA again.
The tech is saying that my car actually isn't eligible for Google Earth after December.
I informed him that my understanding was that the sun-setting of Google Earth only effected MY2018 and earlier and since my car was a 2019 I shouldn't be effected.
He basically just responded with yeah, but some 2019's are effected as well and apparently my car is one of them?

They offered me an extra 3 months of Connect Plus service to compensate me but honestly I don't think I will be renewing my account.
