B5 Cactus Green manual S4 Avant still out there?

Are any of these still out there? Still on the road? For sale? Slim to none, aware of that. But does anyone know of anyone that knows of anyone that knows of anyone (you get the idea...) actually have one of these elusive unicorns? I remember the one on bring a trailer that sold in 2017.

I know it doesn't really help, but that one in the link I believe was totaled and parted not too long ago. I've looked for a cactus avant before but ended up settling on silver. Gl

That's the only one I know of as well, it's belonged to a couple of different forum members over the years.

I'd say they're probably extinct. Maybe one still around somewhere. 1/10 is pretty rare and these cars get parted like none other. Oh, and 4 of them were tip so you can pretty much assume those are dead.

I guess it’s leaning toward a full cactus green respray or wrap. Even then, not the same. Appreciate the follow up. If anyone else sees this thread and knows of one... feel free to chime in.

You could always wait until 2023 or so, when you can import one from overseas. Lots more Avants and interesting colors over the pond. Probably what I'll end up doing, since I have the most generic S4 combo.

Three was one for sale on the one of the FB groups about a month ago.. It needed work and the ad was up only for a few hours.. They were asking $10K and I assume it went.. I reached out but it was already sold or at least I was told it was...

Years ago I ran across a craigslist post of a cactus avant in like fargo, or somewhere that gets a lot of snow and it was incredibly worn out. The load bars were removed and filled in poorly, and the vehicle was covered in rust. Couldn't see a resto project in it. I wanted one of these so bad, as well as a nogaro avant, or a casablanca... but the rare ones always have that extra charge usually. Just ended up with a decent blk avant for much less.

Man Cactus is prob my favorite color. I almost snagged an A4 Cactus avant locally just because. Slushbox and everything.
