Is there any difference other than price? Are they from the same factory? My parts place says they're the same.

I’m mostly sure they’re the same. Been running INA for about 30k miles now, now problems but I’m not the best example, I had to change followers every 7k because my cam was fucked up

Also been using INA followers for the past 50k miles, but I've only had to replace it twice.

INA is an OEM manufacturer so very likely they (one of) the suppliers.
Any third party top tier brand should be okay really.

    Roller conversion?

If you calculate how many followers you’ve used in the years you’ve owned the car, you’ll likely find out that you could have easily bought 2 roller conversions for the funds that one has paid for followers. If you calculate it out over lifetime of car I bet the funds paid for followers likely is more then the cars value today....

Estimate 150000 miles/5000 miles (oil change interval)
    = 30 followers x49.99
    = $1499.70

    1 roller conversion $550

Thanks bro. I looked into the conversion kit and I read there are a couple issues reported here with timing chain clearance.

Considering I personally change the follower and now I will buy INA plus the age...

Bought 4-5 followers at $15/ea, not even close, lol. 30 followers, wtf, you got sandpaper on your cam lobe. And who pays $50 for 1??? Yes its nice, but not for cost reasons.. And actually, mine are free...FCP ftw!

Only with certain chains. If using a genuine or good aftermarket it will clear. I have no issues with mine.
