B9 s5 SB windshield wipera

I think it's time to replace my windshield wipers. Any reccomendations/links to good pair that are confirmed to work. I've seen all kinds of comments on sizes being wrong from the online wizards and people saying something about the connector not working unless you buy AO?!

Can I just use Costco ones? I'd like to buy something locally.

Avoid autozone and pepboys the fitment is trash. Check out ecs tuning or audi parts website.

I purchased the Bosch FOCUS using a 20% coupon that Advnaces Auto regularly runs and they fit perfectly. Work as good or better than OEM. They are a little pricey than the bosch ICON but as good or better giving you advantage at night.

Yup, I know lots of people who use them and have sent in old parts for replacement. FCP Euro actually has a webcam that live streams their return desk. You need to buy the replacement part before you send in the old part for replacement. You also need to cover shipping costs. FCP only carries name brand stuff so they already have decent margins. They figure that the return policy will guarantee a steady stream of customers so that balances out covering the cost of returns.

Yes, very limited as far as I could tell, maybe 3 or 4 Audi cars...no B9 products that I could see.

Yeah they only list the Q7 but you can just search for the wiper blades directly without selecting a year, make, and model of car first and it will show them.

i have a b9 S5 sportback prestige and need to change the driver side wiper blade so i went with bosch icon wiper blades the 20OE and 24OE sizes as recommended by one of the posts above in this thread and also recommended from the bosch website. Well none of them fit. i tried all the attachments and none fit. Went back to Oreillys and we tried 4 different types of blades that fit my car and none of them fit. Is there some sort of inconsistency in the fitment or do i need to buy OEM?

I had the same problem on my B9 A4. Called Bosch and they told me there is a separate adapter needed for the Icon OE's to fit. Parts store didn't have this adapter, so I just bought OEM from a dealer.

i bought the same (Amazon) Bosch (20 and 24 OE) for my B9 S5. the wiper blades should come with a long, skinny box of 3 adapters. after some trial/error, i discovered that the audi required the #4 adapter. BTW, installing the adapter into the wiper arm is a bit of a tight fit; requires a bit of force. same thing with removing the attachement that comes on the wiper--takes some force. in summary, for the B9 S5, you must removed the attachment that comes on the wiper blade and replace it with the #4 adapter. would have been way easy if i'd known this from the start.
