    Hi Guys,

I was pretty impressed with what you can do with the OBD11 Pro! unlocking the nanny systems for a start!

    Enjoy :)

OBD 11 is just ok. Unfortunately not every item works on every vehicle. The issue I had with it is that after spending the required coin to change an item and it doesnt work (for whatever reason), you have to spend the required coin (again) to change it back to the way it was. So you can go thru quite a bit of coin to change nothing. And the company is non-existent when you complain about it and you want your coin back. I also found that when you clear codes, that it will not clear all codes. VCDS confirmed this. Anyway... if it works for you, great. For me it didnt and I just threw the thing in the trash. Good luck with your mods.

A lot of stuff can be done using long coding without spending more money but that has to be unlocked if I remember correctly. The most common mods are just a click away and you can get credits by watching ads and just opening the app once a day. It's not the greatest system and I got OBDeleven free when I bought the car so I can't complain. I've done too many OBD mods to list.

OP, what year is your car? I couldn't get my 2018 to deactivate the exhaust valves :-(

I got the same result as you on the power gauges. That is, I got it to show up, but couldn't get it to do anything.

2018 also - make sure your bonnet is open! it puts the car in "maintenance" mode and will allow you to program the exhaust valves

I think Carista is better for the price. Not a fan of OBDEleven. I haven't tried long coding and most features aren't available on my car yet. Carista had more apps available than OBDeleven. From what I can remember..Carista had more lighting features and also pulsing start/stop button. It is also compatible with other OBD apps that are suppose to be really good. OBDEleven sadly isn't. For $120 I expected more than what I paid for my OBDEleven.

Thank you - I had followed your instructions exactly to the T and I think I got it working now. I believed that magic "maintenance" mode did the trick!

I did a live data check on my drive home from work and it looks like the flaps stayed OPEN the entire time. For those that still have their exhaust flap enabled, do you get any live values for the other 2 exhaust flap parameters ("Exhaust flap, activation" and "Exhaust flap bank2, activation") as mine indicates "Function not available"?
