B8 S4 with blown engine for sale

Got 2010 S4 with 151k miles for sale, engine is hydrolocked and it just got towed. Before getting it's engine hydrolocked, the car had a lot of dsg repairs done, namely, the infamous selector lever position sensor was replaced as well as clutch friction plates (have shop paperwork). Plus it got lower mile dmf and front clutch cover plate/bearing when I pulled the trans the second time myself. Title is clean, exterior shape is 6/10 because the front bumper was repainted poorly at some point. I'm looking for 5500 obo, please PM me, I'll be looking at the offers I get for a couple of days before I decide if I should just swallow the cost of the engine replacement. Dang, forgot to mention I’m in the Bay Area, need to sell it as a whole since I don’t have space to part it out. Intercooler started to leak and hydrolocked the engine.

It’s a joke. You can’t get a 3.0T A4 in the US. This car is clearly an S4

quick update - got it from the towyard today, battery is discharged so will need to recharge it and clear the codes. I'd say I'm leaning more towards the engine replacement now, but I'll be taking offers for another day or 2 before I take this ad off. If it sells in these 2 days, good. If it doesn't - still good, too.

Yeah, probably gonna buy another engine, part out might take too long. I got a few weeks I can work on it now but it’s not indefinite plus I’ll have to take care of the shell and other leftover junk after part out. Intercooler in the SC blew so it hydrolocked.
P.S. I jokingly call it A4 3.0t because so many people overhype the S4. B8 S4 is an S-line A4 3.0t plus maybe a factory ECU tune. Not saying it's bad for what it is, it's a good sport sedan and does what it's supposed to do very well.

Pretty sure theres an engine for sale here (long block only) from Seniorcypress for $1650 - with 74k miles - would be better to buy this and swap all your ancillaries over and have the car back

4 grand cash for the car? I’ve seen engines for 3500-4000. Plus other possible repairs while it’s getting installed. KBB shows the car with cosmetic issues is worth 6500-8900 tops...so I would have to get the car less then 5500. LMK.
