I went ahead and ordered the moog ones as it seems to be what most people use! Fingers crossed they will be ok. Thanks!

They do, but they are $$$ vs. Moog which are $. Not saying the 034 units are bad, just that you get the same result with the Moog for 1/3 the price.

I could not get the rear moog links to line up right with the 034 rear bar and am on the stock ones still. I've been on that plus lowered for a while now with no issues, when installed did you have weight on the suspension when tightening down? Otherwise it will have excessive stress on it when driving, which can in what you experienced.

This is the first I've actually heard of someone breaking one. The link is so short in the back there really shouldn't be a stiffness concern and the link is more than capable of handling the stress. Could have just been a bad part.

Someone above mentioned the aluminum porsche link. I would use that to keep the stock size and rubber bushing. The 034 spherical bearing will get noisy fast, especially if you live an area with bad weather and salt.

I was using a 2 post lift when I installed mine and didn't have any issues, just didn't tighten anything down to spec til all components were lined up. Like you stated you must also tighten the end links down to spec with the car at ride height. Can be tricky if you don't have a lift or alignment rack.

Hey everyone! Hope you are all well. Not much updating going on lately, pretty satisfied with where I am right now.

Wanted to reach out for recommendations on brake pads. What are you guys wearing? From what I understand, I need:

    Rotors
    Brake pads
    Sensors
    Fluid

Any assistance here is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Big fan of EBC red stuff brake pads. Good bite and decent wear with a big reduction in brake dust.

I think I’m gonna go with these. Did you get sensors separately? Which ones? I’m looking at them on ECS and they don’t come with sensors.

If your brake pad wear light isn't on, the sensor should still be good and you can just reuse it.

My car only had one in the front driver's side.

I bought these for my Q5 before I got the SQ5. I got the slotted rotors and pads. I didn’t get sensors. After looking at their site it looks like they recommend the “green stuff” pads for SUVs. I can ask the Indy shop that put them on which ones they would recommend.
