Gauge Cluster Lens Replacement

Hey guys I’m stumped here. I have a 2015 Audi A4 S-Line and for some reason the lens developed kind of these bubbles in it. When it first happened I thought maybe when I was cleaning it something got behind the lens somehow. I removed the cluster and found that the foggy bubbles are in fact inside the lens like it delaminated. I have called everywhere and have had no luck trying to find a replacement I even called Audi and they only offer the entire cluster. I really don’t see a reason for a whole new cluster for just a simple lens. I have not found this issue anywhere on the web. I’m desperate for any help I can’t deal with this in my line of sight and I don’t want to buy a whole new cluster.

There should be some cheap clusters on ebay.
Try and buy one with a decent price and condition and then just polish the cluster lenses with Displex that small little thing does wonders, removes all the fade and any small surface scratches.

I don't know if it's a thing with complicated auto parts like the instrument cluster, but for audio and computers, you can often find "broken, selling for parts or fixer upper" type listings for dirt cheap.

I’m upgrading my gauge cluster to a higher resolution one shortly.
You can have my old lens if you would like.

Can't replace the lenses its plastic welded.

Buy a used one.

I can unbolt mine and pull it right off. It’s not just the lens that comes off, but easy to swap still
Maybe prefacelift is welded?

No they are all plasrtic welded I have a facelift cluster. I am talking about the peice you take off that clear lens has a plastic frame and its plastic welded and not removable from the frame, the only way is to take the whole cover from another cluster.

Ahhh. Now I understand what you’re saying. I’d agree with this, but to me is a mute point. Why not just swap the entire piece over?
